Conference Brussels 4-5th December 2013, in collaboration with the Flemish Heritage Agency (www.onroerenderfgoed.be).
The focus of this conference is on the following themes:
- Innovative approaches of digital media in surveys and excavations (remote sensing, digital on-site registration, etc.);
- Standards and best practices for managing digital archives from such practices (databases, spatial data, etc.);
- The use of digital media in the research of war heritage.
The program of this conference will also be available on the website in September. Proposals for papers (15 minutes; max. 300 word abstract) or posters can be send until July 31st to erwin.meylemans@rwo.vlaanderen.be.
Practical information:
Registration will be possible from mid-August until Friday 22 November 2013 on this website. The entrance fee for two days is 20€ (1 day: 10€; payment at the conference), including sandwich lunch.
